HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time consists of two periods:

Processing time:

Within 1-3 working days of your order, it will be checked, approved and packed. Your package will then be prepared for transport.

Delivery time:

We guarantee that all our orders are sent carefully via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, a reliable partner for fast and safe deliveries.

  • USA: 3-7 working days

Please note that there are more orders during our summer sale and this may result in minor delays.

*All delivery times do not include customs delays. Additional delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer our customers free shipping worldwide. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

When the package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order with this number directly on our website.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in several sub-shipments.

MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

It may take up to 5 working days to update the location. We ask for your patience. If the tracking does not provide any information, please contact us!
